Good day beautiful people hope you're all well, it’s nice and sunny today! Loving it.
Today I want to share with you how I maintain my weight, it can be a challenge sometimes losing weight and keeping it off. A friend of mine told me about green tea and lemon juice she said it does wonders for her meaning it works effectively. So I thought why not try it, well I did try it and it works. I drink it every morning on an empty stomach then eat half n hour later. I also drink it before bedtime at night. I drink it like coffee (often) yeah that’s just me though. You have to drink it constantly to see results.
Eat right, love yourself, you are what you eat so eat like you love yourself. Be healthy and stay healthy. I wasn’t into all this healthy living stuff before, and that’s because I didn’t love myself enough. The older I get the more I want to be healthy.
